►什麼是Reveal Q+ MAX

Q + MAX產品使用樣本相同萃取方式，可以分別檢測多達六種黴菌毒素，可以節省的成本和時間。在萃取過程中沒有使用有害溶劑，為員工和環境提供了更好的選擇。再加上的AccuScan®判讀器的系列，可將濃度線條轉成數值，利於客觀讀取，分析和存儲結果。

Reveal Q+ MAX係使用競爭性免疫側流技術設計。試劑條內含特異性毒素的抗體(金屬離子耦合的抗體)，當萃取液含有毒素通過測試條時，會被含有被特異性抗體吸附，形成毒素-抗體-複合物，產生肉眼可見的線條。隨著樣品萃取液毒素濃度增加，游離毒素將與抗體顆粒形成複合物，使得相對應的特異性抗體濃度減少。

因此，當樣品毒素濃度增加，測試線密度會降低。以AccuScan判讀器中的算法，將這些線密度轉換為以ppb或ppm顯示的定量結果。有對照區比對。
