  NeoColumn for Aflatoxin DR is a direct read column with the same easy steps used with other direct read methods.
NeoColumn run samples can be interpreted with Neogen’s DRF 2100 fluorometer (or other similar calibrated fluorometers) or can be used as a clean-up for HPLC analysis. The NeoColumn direct read method is USDA-GIPSA approved and has proven accuracy compared to HPLC and other fluorometric methods.

► Procedure
 
1. Blend sample, salt and methanol for 1 minute
2. Filter, dilute and filter
3. Pass extract through column
4. Wash twice with deionized water
5. Elute 1 mL with 100% methanol
6. Add 1 mL developer
7. Read in calibrated fluorometer
