濾膜法專用粉末培養基
濾膜法是微生物檢驗常用到的樣品採集方法,通過一定
孔徑的無菌濾膜,再進行培養計數的方法。這個方法可
用於一般液體樣本,如純水、飲用水、溫泉水、飲料、
果汁、碳酸飲料……等微生物。
這是液體樣本的最佳微生物分析方式。與一般傳統的平
板法及混合稀釋法相比較,優點包括:可降低僞陽性及
僞陰性的機率,不受樣品體積限制,可提高靈敏度並降
低干擾物質。

1.Suspend 51 g of the medium in 1 liter of purified
    water containing 20 mL of non-denatured
    Ethanol.
2.Heat with frequent agitation and boil to
   completely dissolve the medium.
3.Avoid overheating. DO NOT AUTOCLAVE.

1.Suspend 42 g of  the medium in one 
   liter  of  purified water.
2.Heat with frequent agitation and boil for
   one minute to completely dissolve the
   medium.
3.DO NOT AUTOCLAVE. Cool to 45 -
   50°C and dispense.
m-FC Agar (7397) Enzymatic Digest of Casein.......................................10g
Enzymatic Digest of Animal Tissue............................10g
Yeast Extract................................................................3g
Sodium Chloride..........................................................5g
Lactose...................................................................12.5g
Bile Salts...................................................................1.5g
Aniline Blue...............................................................0.1g
Agar...........................................................................15g
Final pH:  7.4 ± 0.2 at 25°C
1.Suspend 52 g of the medium in 1 L of
   purified water containing 10 mL of 1%
   Rosolic Acid in 0.2N NaOH.
2.If necessary, adjust pH to 7.4 with 1N
   HCI.
3.Heat with frequent agitation and boil for
   one minute to completely dissolve the
   medium.
4.Cool to 45 - 50°C and pour plates.
5.DO NOT AUTOCLAVE. 
m-HPC Agar (7690)
Peptone......................................................................20g
Gelatin........................................................................25g
Agar...........................................................................15g
Final pH:  7.1 ± 0.2 at 25°C
1.Suspend 60 g of the medium in one liter of
   purified water.
2.Heat with frequent agitation and boil for one
   minute to completely dissolve the medium.
3.Add 10 mL of Glycerol to 1 Liter of solution.
4.Autoclave at 121°C for 5 minutes.
m-TEC Agar (7421) Enzymatic Digest of Animal Tissue..............................5g
Yeast Extract................................................................3g
Lactose.......................................................................10g
Sodium Chloride........................................................7.5g
Potassium Phosphate...............................................4.3g
Sodium Lauryl Sulfate...............................................0.2g
Sodium Deoxycholate...............................................0.1g

Final pH:  7.3 ± 0.2 at 25°C
1.Suspend 45.3 g of the medium in one liter of
   purified water.
2.Heat with frequent agitation and boil  to
   completely dissolve the medium.
3.Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes.
4.Dispense 4 - 5 mL amounts into 10 x 50 mm
   Petri dishes, allow to solidify.
m-TGE Broth(7451) Enzymatic Digest of Casein.......................................10g
Beef Extract..................................................................6g
Dextrose.......................................................................2g
Final pH:  7.0 ± 0.2 at 25°C
1.Dissolve 18 g of the medium in one liter of purified water.
2.Mix throughly.
3.Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes.
m-Green Yeast & Fungi Broth (7190) Enzymatic Digest of Casein.........................................5g
Enzymatic Digest of Animal Tissue..............................5g
Yeast Extract................................................................9g
Dextrose.....................................................................50g
Magnesium Sulfate....................................................2.1g
Potassium Phosphate...................................................2g
Diastase...................................................................0.05g
Thiamine..................................................................0.05g
Bromcresol Green..................................................0.026g
Final pH:  4.6 ± 0.2 at 25°C
1.Dissolve 73 g of the medium in one liter of purified water.
2.Mix throughly.
3.Autoclave at 121°C for 10 minutes.
